Trigan started with a simple observation: the most important decisions in government and enterprise are made with inadequate tools. Committees debate. Consultants model. Leaders guess.
One engineer decided to build something better. Not a chatbot. Not a wrapper around someone else's API. Actual infrastructure – from the hardware up.
Instead of renting compute from cloud providers, Trigan bought hardware. Instead of relying on external APIs, Trigan built its own inference serving layer. Instead of licensing training data, Trigan built an autonomous data pipeline.
